1.	Object Of Agreement
1.1	The object of agreement is the commitment of the licenser to give licensee the rights to use to the work of lingual or tonal art (object of agreement) to by both partys within the Playbaker-Pool-System agreed upon royalties. Thereafter the object of agreement can be used extensivly and freely by the licensee within the framework of the licensing agreement.
1.2	The object of agreement is the following work of tonal art "Landscapes of Peru (DVD)", Playbakernumber 1215. The product is described as follows by the licenser: Landscapes and People of Peru. Filmed in 2007 in Peru by Christian Walezyk: - Lima - North Coast - Andes/Cuzco - Macchu Picchu - Huacachina - Paracas Part of documentary film. It is available as DVD or Video-file. Technical Information: PAL DVD (720 x 576) oder als Datei MS-DV AVI (720 x 576). Seitenverhältnis 16:9. Andere Formate auf Anfrage lieferbar. NTSC auf Anfrage. 2.	Obligations of the licenser
2.1	The licenser is obliged to grant licensee the simple (not exclusiv) right, transferable right, timely unlimited right, geographically unlimited (worldwide) right and in content unlimited right to use the product as follows. The licensee exploit the object of agreement in physical (soundsystems e.t.c.) and non-physical (data e.t.c.) form to manufacture copies of it(to copy it on analog or digital sound or image storage media or as data either singely or in compilation with other products), put it up for rent, distribute it commercially (the object of agreement or a copy of it in public for instance on sound or image storage media or comunicationsystems), edit or change it (shorten , remix , sample e.t.c.), couple it (to or within a movie, in collages e.t.c.), perform the work of lingual art in public (eg. by a speaker e.t.c.), perform the work of tonal art in public (to or within a movie, in collages e.t.c.), provide public access (f. e. via internet), broadcast it locally through radio, TV, cable, broadcast it nationwide and worldwide through radio , TV, cable ,satellite systems, make it publicly available on picture-, or soundcarriers, or broadcasting programms, The Product is to be named specifically as: "by SEQ_music (C) 2003-2007". Regulations to duties of the licenser in the discription of the product (paragraph 1.2) take precedence over those regulations in paragraph 2.1.
2.2	The licenser fullfills his obligations from paragraph 2.1. immediately after he or she received the money, by unlocking the copy rights in the Playbaker system for the licensee. The licensee will then automatically be notified by e-mail.
2.3	The obligations in paragraph 2.1. are with the reservations that the licensee was contacted on time and the royalties were payed on time by the licensee or his trustee.
3.	Royalties
3.1	The royalties are agreed upon the amount of € 490.00.
3.2	The royalties have to be transferred within 14 days after signing of the contract to. To stay within the deadline depends on the reception of the money.
4.	Access To The Object Of Agreement
4.1	By signing this contract the licensee will get a copy of the object of agreement through Playbaker. The quality of the digital copy will be in professional quality but depending on the accurate input of the object of agreement into the system. If the object of agreement is not available on Playbaker, the licenser will be responsible to give the licensee access to the object of agreement in another way.
4.2	By contracting the licenser gives the licensee the exclusive, non-transferable and timely limited right to access and store the object of agreement. So that the licensee will be able to make as many copys as technically necessary to play the product simultaneously on only one soundsystem. This right will expire when the copy rights stated in paragraph 2.1. are granted, or by declaring withdrawal according to paragraph 6.1..
5.	Declaration Of The Licenser
	The licenser declares to not be limited in the ability to grant copy rights as stated in paragraph 2.1. and 4.2., not to have given any other copy rights (with exception of the Playbaker-copy-right within the framework of Playbakers terms and conditions) which could limit the copy rights according to paragraph 2.1. and 4.2., not to have granted any rights according to the object of agreement to GEMA or a similar institution.
6.	Effects Of Failure To Pay Or Not Contacting The Other Party Within The Timelimit As Stated In Paragraph 2.3.
6.1	If the licensee fails to pay within the deadline or the licenser is not able to contact the licensee within 14 days after completion of the contract, the licenser can terminate the contract. The termination can be declared by e-mail
6.2	If the copy right as stated in paragraph 4.2. expires because of termination, all copies have to be immediately deleted by the licensee. Any further use of the product will be illegal.
7.	Applicable law, applicable language
7.1	Applicable to this contract is only the law of Germany.
7.2	Applicable language on this contract is German. If this contract is displayed in an other language than the applicable language, that display is only a courtesy support of PLAYBAKER.
